Sage's Sagacity

Is it whimsical statement on Mr. Buffett's part? Or is it reckless? In each trading relationship there needs to be balance or in time one partner will gain at the expense of the other. Socioeconomic, legal and geopolitical structures are rarely "balanced" and therefore rules are needed. Not barriers, but rules of engagement. http://pacificgatepost.blogspot.com/2008/02/americas-china-quandary.html ... otherwise there is no free "free trade."
