Everyone is trying to get in before the deadline. Now all that has to happen is someone has to finance all these units, and they have to come on line during a recession, and we'll have the greatest "affordable housing" program since the 1960s, without the taxpayers putting up a dime. Unless this happens, the growing spread between the cost of housing here and the cost of housing in competing region's will kill our economy.
