Alongside this there is an article about the justice department proposing the release of 20,000 crack addicts to ease the burden of overcrowding. Addicts, not bank robbers. Addicts, not pedophiles, not murderers, not extortionists (the governing body being the IRS) but addicts. This physician, this man sees the futile and expensive waste of persecuting these people. Hold them accountable for real crimes, but don't waste my tax dollars locking up someone who's just having fun.
