I live in one of the bldgs and I have to say the new invoices that came from the new company are awful and have improper information. The name of Management company is not listed as written on invoice and I found this out because since there is no phone number on the invoice and nothing came up on the internet I had to call 411 and the number provided is a fax number (at least on weekends) and they have the wrong zip code written down for their 1776 Bway address. For the only time in my life I just rec'd my march rent bill which said I still owed for Feb - which I paid on Jan.29th when I received the rent bill - I checked with my bank and indeed the check has not cleared....This worries me as a rent check that I have sent has never been "lost" and there is no email address or phone number on their rent invoices to contact them. The Racolins were very available as an organization and we all knew the office phone numbers and contacts there. I am finding this a little creepy. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.
