I have watched the video several times and read what the experts claim and in my opinion there is no sound reason to say it's not. There is no accurate record of how many Pollock paintings are out there and because of this reason alone the art world does not want this to be a Pollock. Let's face it, if the art world accepted this painting the Pollock market would go down. It would not be so exclusive anymore.
