Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The language here is direct and clear, and there is nothing in this amendment that says it only applies to the government. I know it's hard for some people to accept, but corporations are required to obey the law, just like everybody else. And don't pretend like you think AT&T's lawyers weren't aware of the 4th amendment.
