My understanding is that the only thing holding up the trial is Littlejohn's lawyer. Again, there are things taking place in the background of this case that we're not seeing or hearing about, and this I don't like at all. It just verifies my earlier comment of "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied". I do expect that a trial will be held soon in a related case. It IS important, however, that we let those involved in her murder case, i.e., D.A. Hynes, etc. know of our feelings in this matter.
