THIS Homeland issue needs to be re-studied. Since this administation has been in office I have seen the rights of people being eroded little by little. I'm not just talking about this issue .But the all around order of things.Police today can pull you over ,destroy your car -cuff you and charge you with a crime they know won,t hold up in court. on juscause. this is a fine line that really steps on peoples rights. They see it as{just cause} they can do it. And they can. KGB has these rights. We no longer have any rights /once we,re singled out. I say if we give in to this issue on the table before congress - then we well may be giving up our last bit of hope to get back what these conservative courts have givin away. Mistakes have already been made concerning this issue. I pay hard earned money to a company just to hand out imformation on me to some joe blow with a badge. no thanks. I say if theres a profit to be made -they or someone will learn how to use this imformation. Hover was a trusted survant in the gov. look what he did.
