Dear Sirs,

Thanks to first World Public and American citizens and President Bush and Mrs.

We have done the 2007 September demonstartion and ran away from killing ground at central town of Yangon, Myanmar.

We would like to inform directctly for our Burma and Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi's release and we have to mention the following if we are asking to SPDC or Junta of Burmese Junta.

1. The 1990 Election Result is still legal fold and still alive, no one cancel that result until now.

2. 1/1990 (1/90) statement is mention that - the elected party must be transfered the power and the elected persons must draft the National Constitution (NC). That statement was annouced by Junta on 27 August 1990. Now SPDC is drafting the 54 memebrs of SELECTED persons are not in law or 1/90 statement means.

3.1/90 statement also still alive and if some one destroy the 1/90, must gat the 8 to 20 years in Jail. The broken the laws are by Junta or SPDC (State Peace & Development Council).

4. Their ROAD MAP is showing to all ethnic groups for stregthen the time frame, 1 to 2 steps only took 20 years.

5. 5/1996 (5/96) was still alive, please ask to NLD in Yangon for detailed if necessary and we apprecaite to understand the situation. Thet means the punishment of 1/90 if against the law.

6. The Burma's all salable gas gas income about 20 to 30 millions US Dollar per since 1996-7 were using by their relations and their related companies by Teneder system (Selected to their firms) and 50 to 70 % of total amount from awarded firms.

7. All most of Oil & Gas tools are using from USA, please stop for temporary for Burma such as GE, SOLAR TURBINES, RR, COOPER CAMERON, COOPER COMPRESSORS, ARIEL COMPRESSORS, WAUKESHA GAS ENGINES, CATERPILLAR ENGINES, HYDRIL, OTIS, MIDCONTINENT, BJ SERVICES, BJ HUGES, BAKER, AND ETC.

8.The IMPORTER is Gen Maung Aye & U Aung Thoung comapnies named IGE or UNOG and MPRL, UE who are supplying cash to UNION SOLIDARITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (WE CALLED KYANT PHYUT) .

9. So we shall apprecaite very much for your taking action on our suggestion and kindly let us know if you need any information from us.

Our suggestion of main idea is to go the Law and Junta's promised the stements and foul.
