I have no issues if a minority is promoted on a job position or accepted to a college as long as it was based on an equal qualifications. There is a severe rash of reverse discrimination in this country. Everyone thinks the white americans discriminate against minorities well if you really look at major corporations I can almost gaurantee that the minorities are getting advancements and scholorships and degrees. I for a fact was told when I was up for an advancement in the government that since I was not a female, hispanic or african american it was not going to happen at that time. That is the most degrading thing to ever hear. I am being judged by my race and gender. The fact that I met all the qualifications meant nothing. This country is in a mess and you the people in this society and government has made it this way. Hey if we get an african american president then what happens. I vote based on credibility, trust and hope. Black, White, Female or Male does not matter. If the rest of this country would feel that way I think we would be much better off.
