Steadily pushing NATO eastward, installing ABM systems almost on its border, pushing to split Kosovo off from its traditional ally Serbia; there seems to be no end to American provocation of Russia lately. And yet we wonder why they push back. Imagine for a minute that Russia installed an antimissile system in Mexico. We'd be livid, yet this is exactly what we're proposing to do in the Czech Republic and Poland.
