Obama is doing so good in his campaign for several reasons. In his speeches, he does not attack neither Republicans nor whites and he never draws deviding lines that Bill Clinton does while campaining for Hillary. This lenders plenty of Republicans immune to his liberalism.

On the other hand, Odinga has attacked his opponents, he has allienated certain Ethnic groups, divided the country by intrduction of the so called a genre of "Federalism" in which Kenyans can not coexist in harmony where anyone can settle where ever they chooses within the country. Different ethnic groups are chasing each other from their dominant regions. In the US, one can be born in Michigan, become a governer of Massachussets and runs for the whitehouse. Or grow up in Hawaii, become a senator in Illinois and run for the whitehouse. Obama may have friends and relatives in Kenya who may have goofy ideas about his ambitions but he is surely not on the same page deologically. Ethnic clensing is a third world vocbulary used in places like kosovo, Rwanda, Naigeria and Kenya etc. Evidently, the British had their turn albeit centuries ago when the Scots, the English and the Welsh were involved in a British Revolution before they became United Kingdom. So were the French and dont forget the American civil war..Dont make a mistake of confusing an Luo American and a powerdesperate Odinga.
