Buildings totally out of character?!? Well, what could go well with a run down neighborhood, a waste disposal area or perhaps Eric Gioia prefers to have another strip joint come up in borough? I think the fact that Hotels are looking to develop in the area is a good sign and an improvement to the neighborhood.
