Councilman Dennis Gallagher was reported to the NYC Department of Investigation in January 2007. Six months before he was accused of raping a grandmother in his campaign office.

Now Gallagher is blogging away collecting a six-figure salary and not attending city council committee meetings.

"Middle Village Resident" is none other than Dennis Gallagher himself.
