So the Senate wants to cap the rebates at $150,000! In New York City that would be a Nurse married to a sanitation worker. Do these people really deserve to be considered wealthy? Did they steal their money? Perhaps they don't really work hard enough, and don't actually deserve their income! The saddest part of the rebate scenario is that this November New Yorkers will more than likely vote for the very Democtratic politicians that robbed them of their rebate. Do we have signs on our backs that say "KICK ME?"
