The lifting of the ban is owed to internal and external pressures and not due to the the level of security.In any case the ban provided a fertile ground for propaganda to thrive which contributed to the escalation of violence.It has been repeated many times that silence,calm does not not in any way translate to security for people and their property.Kenyans are dissapointed..period and can only go on with life because it seems their is no alternative.The international community have done their part though not all..but the Kenyan leaders are pursuing their on ego gratification.Modern society abhors rigging.Why..allow KENYANS(commononers) to die and live in deplorable states..in the name of leadership.A leader identifies with the people and current leaders are a disgrace....for heavenly sake I am traumatised by seeing helpless men and women waiting for food rations...knowing very well that food is in plenty in the farms.What a paradox..I donated cereal products to help needy people I didnt know but now I donate them to a neighbour whom we were together in a medical school.The world must save us from the few who are upto their own egoistic desires. Explanations for any action dont seem to satisfy the common men and women like me..What Iam asking is sanity if it ever remained to prevail from our politicians.
