Stimulus Plan Ignites Tax Debate

Submitted by Vivienne Robaldo, Feb 4, 2008 00:59

It so happens that this year was really bad and as soon as my husband turned 59-1/2 years old, we took $50K out of his 401K in order to pay off some bills. Now, this will show off as income and we won't be entitled to the extra money that we so much need....or am I??? Does anyone knows how to find this out?? Any comments or direction as to where to find out about this matter will be greatly appreciated. I'm sure there are many others out there in the same boat.

Thanks for reading and replying,
