I saw one article where they suggested the Lakers trade the expiring contracts of Kwame Brown, Trevor Ariza, chris Mihm and throw in a young player Javaris Crittendon and perhaps a draft pick as well. Are you kidding me??? Way too much to give up at this point. Kwame sure....a draft pick...no problem. Mihm in the deal...ok. But to throw in two young players with tons of upside like Ariza & Crittendon is crazy and way to much for a player at the end of his run. Perhaps I'd include Radmanovich. The current Lakers - when and if they get healthy....have enough pieces to make a run this year and get even better in the next couple of years as their young talent matures. Don't give away the farm for Kidd, although I'd love to have him on this squad.
