When Civilizations Clashed

Submitted by Al Frick, Jan 30, 2008 16:50

This self-hatred of western civilization is endemic of those on the left. All the things to which they owe their education, freedom, comfort, wealth, safety, etc. is tossed out the window for some (any) other exotic system that is far less free - its virtue only being that it is not western.

Self-hatred is a sickness. Does the lion apologize for killing the zebra? Perhaps this analogy is not apt, but one should be grateful for the opportunities and comfort that western civilization has provided. To not be grateful is to be a treacherous wretch deserving of the lowest level of Dante's hell.
