I have an idea, why not have those like Rangel and other class warfare warriors in the Congress (both houses) that all earn in excess of that $150K amount stage a grand event on the steps of the Internal Revenue Service building and take their rebate checks and endorse them back over to the government in a show of patriotic charity and leadership. Then they can invite everyone else in the country to follow their grand charitable example and step up to the building and endorse their rebate checks over to the government. My guess, not one hypocritical elected Democrat would do that and just as many hard workuing, overtaxed citizens would follow suit.
