These officials love taking other people's property for their grand projects that almost always fall flat. If you remember, they wanted to demolish the Corbin building (historic early skyscraper) for this soulless, seatless, retailless plaza. It is the worst of 60s urban renewal. I'd rather have a vibrant urban environment, then the overpriced bland connector.
