'Decisive' Battle Pledged Against Al Qaeda in Iraq

Hatred is there, between Jews and non-Jews, and even Muslims themselves seem so divided. Interests are at crossroads. Gaza and other Palestinian areas are looking like a big ghetto under the surveillance and constant Israeli bombings. They want unarmed civilians liable to prison at any time. Who would accept that? Where is the sovereign state acknowledged by all world states? Iraq, which used to be undevided under one ruling, is a mess of a melting pot: Arabs, Kurds, Shiites, Sunnites, it is turning to hell. What is the end to this nightmare? After former Yougoslavia split and was torn because of war, western powers managed to save peace by organizin a sustainable society. Why is it impossible in the ME. And look at African countries, getting into trouble, one after the other, who is responsible for this nightmare?

The questions involved are always, who began the first, so more revenge is to be expected, they all think they are right. It seems to me that offenders and wrong doers never feel guilty when they feel strong, only power and threat to their interests can stop them. When you talk wise, they argue that you are in a weak position. Money and arms nowadays are the best way to win elections. Oil bids are the best guarantees. Finance and finance is leading the world in more plots....

If we cannot understand each other or if selfishness is stronger- between different communities and within the same communities- then common sense and justice must overcome all. Even if they seem difficult to realise they are guarantees to peace and respect and surely they are more viable.

What is common sense? During the 80's a short comment (may be of 10 sentences), was written by a US citizen, in a well known western magazine(Time), the guy simply said that if there would be no power equal to western power on earth ( like former Soviet Union), to balance it out, the world would face big threats. His comment was balanced, and this is common sense.
