From this out-of-stater, the Mayor appears knowledgeable about economic political matters and private business matters affecting the City.

I'm surprised by the Richard Drew photo of a lecturing Mayor standing before US and city flags touching the floor at City Hall.

Did the Mayor's PR person not realize that such a photo-op set-up actually reduces the credibility of his analysis and recommendations - at least to people who connect standards to overall competence?
