I moved into the Belltel Lofts in Nov 2007. I'm so excited to be in a neighborhood that's in its infancy. There is so much potential in the immediate area surrounding Belltel. Willoughby Square Park and the Hotels on Duffield, just to name a few. I believe it's one of the places in Brooklyn that has got a lot of preconceived notions about it. There is no reason to drive down Willoughby unless you're looking for a parking spot to go shopping at Fulton Mall. For this reason, many people drive around Downtown Brooklyn rather than through it. In the coming years, there will be a lot more reasons to come Downtown. Personally, I can't wait for some decent restaurants.
