If you read in between the lines the DEA/NYPD have not lost the chance to have this case moved to another venue. They are slick and its very telling what connections and power they have with the court. There is a one line addition to the decision.The judges' decision includes a line that permits the defense lawyers to "renew the application for a change of venue, if necessary, after the completion of" jury selection. The public has to really look at what is going on here behind the scenes. All the strings are being pulled to get this trial into the hands of a sympathetic jury. Sympathetic that is for the DEA/NYPD. These guys need to be accountable period. May justice prevail. This is what goes on behind the scenes under Kelly's watch. This is dangerous stuff.
