City Tries To Make Neighborhoods Safer for Elderly

Submitted by Ace, Jan 21, 2008 13:38

Most of the times that I have a car speed by me while I am crossing in the cross walk is when a car has the green light and is making a turn. Could we require cars to come to a complete stop before turning? It is the speeding, sweeping turn that I find the most dangerous.
