Ms.Burke, I must say that at this time the office of SRO is not a positive force for the children in the state of new york.It might be a good call to remove that step from the process alltogether.At this time it is very clear to see that the state of new york education system is rigged against the parents of children with disabilitys and the children who need a fair shake.I would think that the states action should fall under the cloud of rico and the laws that govern conspiracy. You bring up the use of an ex parte expert witness.I would think that witness is being ignored by the kelly camp.I base that on the fact that any Witness to the goings on in the sro's office "Exspert or not" can smell the stench of child abuse inflickted by the state. Maybe things will get better this SchoolWatch group is opening alot of peoples eyes.I am going to open a Schoolwatch chapter in my home district.
