Here are some more:

Bloomingdales has a skybridge crossing 60th Street to a 12-story non-descript looking warehouse/office building on the north side of the street, next door to 30 E. 60th St.

Macy's in Downtown Brooklyn has a skybridge hanging over a sidestreet.

There are two skybridges located by ground zero both running across the West Side...er, Joe DiMaggio Parkway.
