John,

I think it is time you and the rest of the media let Kobe's comments about Bynum go and move on to something else. I would have made the same statement if at the time the play of those members on the Lakers played the way they did. The chance to aquire a Jason Kidd for anybody on last years team would have been a plus. This year Kobe's comments might have helped those guys to have matured quicker than they would have otherwise. You and no one else saw this coming this fast. Mitch might have felt that Bynum would pay off in the near future but he did not see this happen this soon. So instead of finding fault with Kobe statement you should be glad that things are moving a long this great for the Lakers and the fact that they are in first place in their divison.
