Hilary Clinton is simply not charismatic or likable; it has nothing to do with her being female. Furthermore, the reason so few women run companies is that biology has gotten in the way. Women take years (or months) out of the workforce during their critical earning and producing years. The sad truth is that families and child rearing 'cramp' one's ability to reach the corner office. This is not sexism but factual. If you look at successful American women, like Suzanne Nora Johnson, the recently retired Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs, you will note that they tend to be women without children.

Perhaps the dearth of women in executive power is more of a commentary on the sacrifice of personal time and energy that it takes; not a commentary on some inherent sexism. It's simply not family friendly and many women chose professions that are mommy-friendly.
