Since Mr. McNamee has been assured by the Feds that if he is caught in a lie, he WILL do hard time in a Federal Penitentiary, I would guess that Mr. Clemens is trying to posture one by us. I guess that he has become accustomed to blowing away the competition with his fast ball, that he feels he can slip this curve ball by all of us baseball fans.
