Anyone

This fraud is commonly performed these days with "electronic sales suppression" devices (called Zappers in Canada). I am a law professor at Boston University doing research on this topic.

Can anyone tell me is Mr. Galanis used "zappers" or did he do it the old fashioned way by placing money in his pocket instead of in the cash register?
