What rot !!!!

Where do you think this money will come from???

The fee will come from a surcharge to the patients......ie.. right out of the publics pocket'

This is a blatant medical tax that the State will force the doctors to collect on the behalf of the state, as any tax that is imposed on a commercial organization is ultimately paid by the end user as cost increases..
