maybe if any of the people had carried mace with them and it was allowed in nyc then the perpetrator would have been stopped.......obviously the only people with any kind of a weapon are the criminals....there should be visible police presence everywhere in ny...the streets, subways and whenever i visit nyc i never see police on the subways....there should be police just cruising up and down the subway cars.....so a criminal is stopped before he begins by knowing at any moment a police is going to be walking into the car......there has to be more than one too, because then the crime will be committed after the police walk through........... the police should also move the bums along better....they are so scarey......
