Sanctions & embargos & medals that are 20 years too late.

A military operating crematoriums could care less and our administration, as well as every other western nation out there know it. Nothing short of a military presence will stop the killing. There were not just 31 people killed, there are still over a 1,000 missing and 18 villages burnt to the ground by satellite image. The UN has been so slow to move forward with this that nothing will stop the Junta unless it is physical force.

And yet the US will participate in the Beijing Olympics Bush assures China, the main supporter of the Junta. Then he has Laura standing there scolding the butchers of Burma, telling these poor people we are behind them. In a pig's eye we are.
