The particular issue about investigations in UN office that worries me the most is that they are hardly conclusive now. We seem to be enjoying a precedence where investigations starts only to end up on the pages of newspapers. This is only incresing the rate of fund misappropriation and abuse of office of various forms and shades in the UN office.

If strong abused his office, let it not just end on the pages of newspapers. He should be recalled to face the music of his actions and wrong doings as a deterant to others
