Congrats on a very objective piece. Here in Chicago, at least to me and every other baseball fan I know, cheating DOES MATTER. But, like the case is supposed to be, everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. As a Cub fan, taking one look at Sosa, I often wondered just what kind of exercises he did to make his noggin so muscular. Just about all of them denied it and I believed all of them were liars. Cansecos book? He might've 'outed' a lot of players, but the cheater clown only did it to make a buck with a book. I wish there was concrete proof instead of innuendo and such. These guys don't have a conscience and have hurt the game, but are still sharp enough to figure that without 'actual' proof/evidence, they can continue to sign multi million dollar contracts and continue to scam their clubs and the paying public.
