I think that Pope Benedict XVI is rightly concerned about the massing atomic dangers on the world's horizon. But, before we start dismantling nuclear weapons, we should make sure that the future uranium enrichment is under control. The way to do it, is a U.N. resolution mandating a single uranium enrichment consortium to be created! All non-atomic powers must be prevented from becoming atomic powers in the future! This is more urgent, immediate, and important, than the atomic disarmament, which should also follow without delay!
