Developers Envisions 'a Bit of Florida' in South Brooklyn

I grew up in this area and work in manhattan. For people who do not want to take a bus and subway, there is an express bus to manhattan from this area. It takes about an hour to get to midtown and about a half hour to get to downtown. It's interesting that Hopstop does not mention this alternative. I guess it is only used for regular bus and subway service. One could also drive to several trains and thereby cut the time down as well.
