Trading Season Brings New Opportunity

Actually the Blazers are much better than their record. For a young team to struggle early on is not surprising. What is surprising is that they are consistently beating quality clubs by fairly large margins. And they are doing it without Oden OR Aldridge. Utah may have been surprised once, but not twice. And GS had the heads up. Denver (at Denver) should have known that they were on a 7 game win streak...no surprises there. And New Orleans is the latest victim. Get real! The Blazers are so for real. And thank you New York for Channing and for taking Randoph and his contract from us. I really wonder if, when the Blazers get past the first round of the playoffs this year, you will be saying that they, "may not be quite as good as their record". And watch out when we get Oden and Fernandez next year.
