I was born in NYC and now live in Southern California. The sleezy lawyers and government agencies in NY still amaze me with their sue'em and see how much we can milk'em mentality. In early 2001 I purchased $100,000 of Apple stock at $10.50. Its since split 2 for 1 and is playing with the $200 mark. I will encourage Apple at the next stockholders meeting to counter sue and ask for damages when the Pension Fund Group gets hung out to dry by the lawyers who claim to represent them. Do the math people.
