It is long past time to end the inhumane horse-drawn carriage industry in New York. Major cities such as Paris, London , Toronto, and Beijing have banned horse-drawn carriages. Contact your council member and as him or her to sign as co-sponsor of Intro 658, which would ban carriages, introduced by councilman Tony Avella.
