Fortifying a Tragic Page of History

While the Nanking Massacre is truly horrific and Japan has never come clean and fully apologized nor admitted up to the true numbers of innocent Chinese victims murdered during those few weeks of Japanese aggression, the Chinese Communist Party has also never apologized for the torture and killing of millions of innocent Chinese whose blood they have spilt since coming to power in 1949.

Though barbaric and senseless, the Japanese committed their atrocities during war time. The CCP killed 80 million Chinese, their own countrymen, during so-called "peace time".

The Chinese people should never forget what happened in Nanking. But neither should they forget the untold suffering they have endured at the hands of the Communists. Erasing such pains from memory only serves the best interest of the regime in Beijing and encourages them to repeat such atrocities in the future unabated.
