Animal Rights May Get Seat in City Classrooms

Forget about teaching how to treat animals. Let's focus on raising reading, math, and science grades. Let them identify all the countries on the map, then put arts and music back in the schools. In the 12 seconds left in the day, then you can teach them don't torture the cat. Animals are not human and don't have rights.
