It appears from where I stand that Iran is huffing and puffing to keep aggressors at bay. USA and Israel are the biggest threat to world peace at the moment . There so called "Interests" always seems to effect small country's detrimentally. The rise and rise of Putin is what the USA should worry about more than Iran. A pre emptive attack was always is always and will be for always classed as a terrorist act. To be truthful any country that declares that "God is on our side" or this is" Allah's will" is a very big worry for the rest of the World.
