JM writings are very vauge and in my opinion he seems only to impress himself. I have read several of his articles over the years where he mentions Lawnside, New Jersey. Being a proud Lawnsider whose family roots go back to the 1600 as free Black people. I find it sad that JM did not get to enjoy his childhood here. Rather he and his parents was just satisfied living in a house part of town where many thought the subdivision was a "new" town. Where residents of the subdivision would tell children from other part of town to "go back to where you belong. No wonder the person sitting in the audience gave JM a chilling eye when he did not elaborate on Lawnside, which is a unique and special places in American. See JM missed out on a lot by thinking he was better than everbody there. You see people his age are knocking down doors to move back to Lawnside once they have grown up. It's a darn shame that JM is still going to miss another important part of a Life Experience.
