I believe that the death penalty should be used to its fullest extent. there are murderers who commit the most extreme murder posible and still have the option to live their life to the fullest even though it is in prison or death row. these people should not have that kind of luxery froms us. we might go against that statute saying that one shall not kill another and think that its wrong, but yet in return give out death sentence. we should also cause there is a possibilty that the evidence is wrong and sentence an innocent person. Myself personally feels that we should not abolish the death penalty and use it for good causes. one who kills shall be killed!!!!!!!
