With the intro of surveilance in all types of travel and shipping, everything that is being scanned with some type of radiation involved, the worker who stands by surely needs looking into immediately.

Airports and their officer / guards, Longshoremen and Checkers at the ports and terminals and especially cruise ships always using some form of x-ray to penetrate the luggage is also being absorbed by the worker who stands by accumulating hours of unaccounted "rems" without any detecting devices!
