It can't be as humiliating as the OIL for fraud scandal.
The rulers of Sudan are your basic 3rd world, stone gae savage. Speak to them in a language they understand. Half a dozen 2,000 Lb JDAM's on the Presidential palace about 3 AM local time should do the trick. I'll bet by 6 AM local time they will be begging the UN for peacekeepers.
