One of the most overlooked predictors of electoral success has sadly fallen out of attention with the much lamented demise, or was it a governmental conspirical closing of the" Weekly World News"--America's only reliable newspaper. Namely the political support this 2008 election of "P'lod", the space alien who has backed every presidential winner since Ronald Reagan in 1980. What does this extraterrestial sage think about the candidates in both parties? Now that Oprah has thrown her support to Obama, where will P'lod stand? Perhaps Mr. Steyn with his well honed sense of humor can devote an article on this influential political pundit--
